Kupper offers a full service approach to project implementation, from planning, feasibility and public acceptance through design, permitting, construction management and startup. Kupper offers comprehensive project management and engineering services covering all stages of project development, including: Planning - Needs Analysis, Master Planning, Concept Development and Feasibility. Design - Contract Documents for new, expanded or rehabilitated facilities. Construction - Construction Management, Resident Engineering, Inspection and Start-Up. Post-Construction - Troubleshooting; operations and maintenance manuals, reviews and assistance. Kupper's staff is comprised of professional engineers of various disciplines; licensed public water supply system and public water treatment plant operators; licensed public sewage treatment plant and collection system operators; certified engineering technicians; licensed land surveyors; and drafters skilled in CADD (Computer Aided Drafting and Design) and GIS (Geographic Information Systems). In addition, we employ environmentalists proficient in wetlands delineation, environmental assessment and permitting. Unlike many consultants, Kupper Associates employs a staff of full-time resident engineers and inspectors. As a group, this Construction Services Division averages over 20 years of construction experience, dealing on a day-to-day basis with contractors, client personnel, and governmental and regulatory agencies. Most of our construction personnel are long-time Kupper employees. |
